Self Leveling Underlayments & Toppings

ProSpec Level Set self-leveling underlayments are cement based, providing many advantages over gypsum based products.  Our Level Set self-leveling underlayments deliver better lifecycle cost versus gypsum products by providing greater strength and bond.  They withstand moisture without breaking down and are naturally mold and mildew resistant. 

ProSpec also offers a lightweight self-leveling underlayment which offers the same features of our other Level Set products with half the weight.  This product is designed for remodeling and projects where dead loads are a consideration.

When used in conjunction with underlayments, toppings and patching products, ProSpec’s primers and bonding agents provide increased bond strength between the underlayment or topping and the substrate for enhanced performance.
