Product Warranties

All ProSpec products are covered by Bonsal American’s limited one-year product warranty. When properly installed in accordance with our written product instructions, our warranties are valid against defective materials or manufacturing for a period of one year.

System Warranties

Because we’re so confident in the performance of each ProSpec product, we offer extended system warranties on select tile and stone installation products when used together as a system. Now you can protect your investment with a Limited Lifetime, 10-year or 5-year warranty on select tile installation systems.

Our Lifetime, 10-year and 5-year system warranties cover interior floor tile and stone installation systems* over concrete or wood substrates using select ProSpec surface preparation products, waterproofing, crack isolation, thin set mortars and grouts.*
