RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a 'news subscription' to which you can subscribe using one of the above services, or using your own "feed reader" or "aggregator" such as RSSOwl (Win/Mac/Linux) or SharpReader (Windows-only).

There are several easy ways to subscribe to one of ProSpec's RSS feeds. The most popular is to add our feeds to your favorite homepage. For your convenience, we've added shortcuts to do just that for Google, Yahoo, MSN and AOL. When you sign up for a free account with any of these services you can also customize a homepage with the news and updates that interest you. Simply login to your account with one of these services, then visit ProSpec.com/rss (this page) and click on the link for your service under whichever news feed you want and it will be automatically added to your homepage.
Another method is to use a free RSS reader, such as RSSOwl (Win/Mac/Linux) or SharpReader (Windows-only). Once you've selected and installed a RSS reader, simply click the above XML link next to the feed you like, copy the url from the address bar in your browser and paste it into your RSS reader. With desktop RSS readers, you can receive desktop notifications of updates to your RSS subscriptions.
